13 JUNE 2022: We were pleased to receive a visit by Dr. Mohd Famey Bin Yusoff, the Director of the Department of Environment, Johor and his team to the continuous marine water quality monitoring station at Tanjung Pengelih, Johor on the 13 June 2022. During the visit, a briefing was held on the marine water quality monitoring network, as part of the Environmental Quality Monitoring Program (EQMP) followed by a focus on the function and role of the continuous marine water quality monitoring station. In addition to highlighting the contribution of the monitoring network to the data-driven management approach of our marine waters, aspects of operation and maintenance of the station was also presented and demonstrated.
